What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and Venmo.  Note, this is subject to change but you will easily be able to identify your options when going to the checkout page. 

How do I place an order?

This website is currently the only means for placing an order with Vice und Virtue.  Simply browse our collections, add the product of your choosing to your cart and checkout.

Where do I enter my discount code?

If you have a discount code to use you have to enter it on the checkout page.  If you use an express checkout method on the product page, discount codes may not be applied. 

How long will it take to get my order?

The short answer, it varies because your purchase is made to order.  Our production partner only creates your item when you order it, we love this because it helps to avoid overproduction but it also means that it will take additional time for you to receive your order.  It usually takes 3 to 7 business days to produce items after which they will be shipped out.  Shipping time is generally 3 to 4 business days.

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not currently accept returns & exchanges.  If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect we will of course do our best to make it right.

What are you doing about sustainability?

Sustainability is important to us.  Unfortunately, most products in the fashion industry ultimately end up in landfills.  We address this issue by only making an item when an order is placed.
