Orders, Shipping & Returns

Orders

We are a small business that designs our products in-house in NYC and works with a partner to produce and ship them when orders are placed.  This means your item is not made until you place your order.  We like this business model because it helps to reduce waste and allows us to run a lean business; however, this means that the time it takes for you to receive your order might be longer than you're used to.  It also means that we are not able to accept order cancellations.

Upon submitting your order you'll receive a tracking link when your order ships out.  If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment contact us.  

Shipping

It usually takes 3 to 7 business days to produce items after which they will be shipped out.  Shipping time is generally 3 to 4 business days.  

Upon placing an order, you will get an email with a tracking link.  Please allow 1-3 business days from the time it's shipped for movement to show on your tracking number.

If you ordered more than one item, it may be shipped separately which means you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns & exchanges at this time.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Clear pictures of the damaged/defective/incorrect products
