Our Story

Conceptualized in Summer 2021 & based in New York, this is a documentation of the journey of my personal development and spiritual growth.  I admittedly have had a couple iterations of the store but as I write this on Labor Day 2023, I've decided to follow my own advice and acknowledge that the time is now. 

The words "vice" and "virtue" acknowledge the duality of life and the "und" is a nod to my time spent in Germany as a child (hello fellow Army brats). 

I think we all can be light workers giving others food for thought that might help them in their lives and one way to do this is something as simple as wearing a sweatshirt with a message that resonates. 

I also care about being a good steward to our planet so I work with production partners that only make our products when an order is placed which helps to avoid some of the textile waste rampant in the fashion industry.  My partners are also committed to producing ethically which is important to me.  I believe this is a small contribution towards helping shopping be more sustainable.
