Originally I was going to go with be comfortable being uncomfortable and I have a couple samples with that stated but I decided to make it more concise with embrace discomfort... getting outside of you comfort zone can really be a source of growth.

• 65% cotton, 35% polyester fleece blend on the inside

Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary.  Don't iron graphics
• Don't dry clean

We design in NYC.  When you place an order, we send it to our manufacturing partner based in NC who then uses ethically-produced materials to make your item which means it might take slightly longer for you to receive your purchase.
